My wife and I work as a team, The Colberg Connection. I have been in Real Estate in Arizona since 1975. We work hard to fully service our clients' real estate needs.

We are very familiar with properties in the Sierra Vista, Hereford and the surrounding areas in Southeast Arizona. We fully utilize technology to provide full searches to multiple databases including MLS, and foreclosures and HUD properties. We would like to meet or talk with you to better understand your housing needs. The main factors in buying a home are pricing, features and location. We take out time and spend considerable effort identifying and finding the right home. Then we follow up by going to all the inspections personally, tracking the loan progress and identifying and solving any problems in the purchase of your home.
